Working at the bilstein group

I joined the bilstein group in 2009.

First as a cutting machine operator, later as an industrial foreman. In 2017 I took over the function of team leader in production control. As Head of Production, I am responsible for the manufacturing area of bilstein group Engineering.

What makes the bilstein group so special for me as an employee? Above all, the openness for investments and the associated constant growth. The company has always offered me exciting prospects for the future and career opportunities.

Kamil Domagala

I joined the bilstein group in 2010. Due to my technical training I started as a Technical Consultant. After that I was a Sales Developer in the Middle East. Since 2014, I have been a Sales Manager responsible for: Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Libya and Sudan.

At the bilstein group I particularly appreciate the family cohesion that cannot be taken for granted in such a large company.

Sameh Eskander

I have been with bilstein group Engineering for 20 years.

I started in the production area. After successful further training I changed to CNC programming, and shortly afterwards to production control.

Since 2015 I have been working in the area of production planning and control (PPS) and I am also in charge of the logistics area of bilstein group Engineering.

The bilstein group is a company that does not stand still. This has always offered me new, exciting perspectives for my professional development.

Claus Hoffmann

I have been working in the bilstein group's logistics department for about two years now. I started out in packaging as a commercial production assistant. After about a year I got the chance to switch to the commercial area of logistics. I am currently the logistical contact for parts lists and work plan changes.

For me, the company distinguishes itself by offering its employees very good opportunities to prove their own potential and to constantly develop themselves further.

Lay An Joy Mordeno

I started with the bilstein group in August 2013 - with training as an "industrial clerk with EU qualification".

During this time, work in sales was a big focus and I quickly found the department for my thesis here. The sales manager had a job offer for me immediately after my training - with an international focus, contacting people, project tasks and responsibility. I joined the Executive Board in October 2017 and now work as "Assistant to the Executive Board".

In my current position I am enthusiastic about my contact with colleagues, customers and service providers from all over the world. This contact is proactively promoted at the bilstein group. In general, the focus here is on people and their personalities, and importance is attached to employees always being able to support their own ideas. At the same time, the bilstein group is a courageous company: location-oriented and yet with an eye for international business.

We want to give you feedback as soon as possible - depending on the position advertised, however, an application process can take more than three weeks. However, you can contact us at any time during the process.

  • How long do I have to apply for a job?

As long as you find the advertised position on our homepage, you can apply for it and will be included in the process.

  • What happens to an unsolicited application?

If we do not currently offer any interesting challenges for you, we look forward to receiving your unsolicited application!
